By accessing our sites, creating an account, completing a purchase, or submitting a clinic or wholesale inquiry, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to purchase products from us. You agree to provide accurate information at checkout and in any inquiry forms.

Products & Retail Orders

Consumer products such as NAD⁺ NanoMist are sold through our Shopify storefront atshop.cellularhealthusa.com, subject to availability. A retail purchase is complete when payment is successfully authorized at checkout. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example, pricing errors, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, or stock issues) and will notify you if that occurs. If payment was captured for a canceled order, we will refund the amount charged.

Clinic & Wholesale Orders

Clinic, practitioner, and wholesale purchases may require separate approval, pricing, and minimum quantities. Those orders are not completed through the consumer Shopify checkout unless we arrange otherwise. Submitting a clinic or wholesale request does not create a binding purchase until we confirm terms in writing.

Pricing & Payments

Retail prices are shown on the product page and at checkout and may change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Online payments are processed by Shopify Payments (or another processor we enable in Shopify). You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the total due.

Shipping, Risk of Loss & Returns

Shipping timelines, cold-chain storage requirements, and our return / refund rules are described in our Shipping & Returns policy. Title and risk of loss for retail shipments pass to you when we deliver the package to the carrier, except where required otherwise by law.
